TRICKS: If you are tired of waiting and you don’t want to spend diamonds for Forge Points, you might want to aim for Great Buildings. There are many Great buildings that can produce Forge Points especially when you upgrade them to their maximum level. A great building like the “Hagia Sophia” (Early Middle Age era) allows you to earn one
It boosts FP rewards from other GBs, 90% at level 80. It makes it possible to level these buildings high, level 60 and more. The most significant thing is that it's scalable. If you are playing more, you can make thousands of FP with 100+ level Arc. Most of the other great buildings give you something daily and that's it.
What it will do is if you built your Level 8 Event building in Iron Age (IA) and your city is now in High Middle Ages (HMA), a One-Up kit will advance your Level 8 building up one age to produce resources from Early Middle Ages (EMA). Using a building that produces goods for example, having been built in IA, it will continue to produce IA goods
Special Buildings are buildings that have mostly been available for limited periods during events and are not available through the player's building menu. Special Buildings are either unlocked by certain technologies or given as a reward in events, bonus quests, cultural settlements, Daily Challenges and Guild Expeditions. Most Special Buildings can be placed back into the player's inventory
The ranking points for each building is calculated in the following way: Code: Width * Length * Building Type Factor * Age Factor. Width and length are quite clear, but the remaining factors could use an explanation: Building Type Factor. For most of the buildings this factor equals 1.
So as you all know, there are over 40 Great Buildings in Forge of Empires. I'll rate each Great Building via [TBD] catagories, and rate each of these categories from 0-10, before calculate the average and translating it to an S to F- system.
